ScrapFIT Workout #35 Budget Time

Let's clean out those scrap bins for the New Year and put them to good use!!! ScrapFIT's challenge is all about using up our scraps. Grab a piece of cardstock to start with and then put those scraps to good use. For a little fun let's see a mix of alphas too. Here's a tag I made from my Christmas card scraps....
